• Services required like import or export (based on Incoterm between Supplier and Buyer,eg: ExW, FOB or CNF)
• Commodity involved, which may impact Duties/ Tax
• Distance and Location/ Port of Loading and Port of discharge, ocean freight charges incur is difference among all ports
• Subjective: Insurance cover

• CS support will need to collect shipment details from customers, such as commodity name (better with packing list if possible), container size needed, loading/discharge port, loading/delivery address

• If the enquiries reach Operation team before 2pm, will provide respond before 6pm, aft 2pm, will respond on next working day before 12pm (for cargo that not under weekly updated listing or shipment not from China, everyone must know Incoterms and clarify based on this, have to make sure which forwarder provide best price to avoid loss)

• Our company is promoted with FCL shipments with back-to-back charges, but there are 3% handling fee based on the back-to-back charges on the international logistics services provided.
